Title: Rhode Island Cornflake Macaroons

Yield: 24 Cookies

2lgEgg whites
1/2cSugar
1/4tsSalt
2cCorn flakes
1/2cFlaked coconut

Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff. Beat in salt.

Fold in corn flakes and coconut. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto well greased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 275 degree (slow oven) for 50 minutes OR until golden brown. Watch carefully.
